1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT THROUGH OUR APP:
1.1. Personally Identifiable Information
BACA app may collect personal information that identifies you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to the information submitted during download and installation of the App or in connection with registration for other activities or features offered through the App. Personally identifiable Information collected may include name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and demographic information such as gender, nationality, postcode and other personal data information.
BACA app collects personally Identifiable Information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us or provide access to such information by connecting to social networking sites through the App for example when you use the facilities available on the App or engage in certain app related activities including but not limited to becoming a member or signing up for an account or linking an account through a social network including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus or when corresponding with us by e-mail to use any other interactive features of the App, including personal data found on your public profile (such as your name, profile photo, gender and age); and a list of your friends as found on the social media platform who have also used Baca app before.
We use mobile identifiers to provide users with personalized content, ads, social media functions, as well as to analyze our own usage flow. We share these identifiers and other information from your device(s) with partners providing social media, ads and analyzing services, which they may use in joint with user provided or other collected information. These partners include but are not limited to Google, Google Admob and Firebase, Facebook Audience Network and Analytics, Appsflyer, Mopub and Fabric.
We will also use your ‘GAID’ (Google Advertising ID) by Google Play Service for advertising which is used in the third-party advertising network to track advertising.
You can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent You from using the App, or certain features of the App.
1.2. Non-personally Identifiable Information
BACA app may collect non-personal information about you whenever you access or interact with our App or any of the related services. This includes but not limited to browser name, version, server location, device specific information such as the type of device used, users’ operating system and version, your mobile devices unique device ID, third party apps or app or service that referred users to our App, language preference, means of connection to our App and services location information, internet service providers, your IP address, your mobile country code, and your identity, your photos, media and files, your Wi-Fi connection information and your device ID, technical information and other similar information about you.
2. HOW BACA APP USES THE COLLECTED INFORMATION?
BACA app may collect and use Your personal information for the following purposes:
Your Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts are used to identify you while logging into the App. BACA app may use this information to control your access to the App as well as use of the App, to customize your experience of using the App.
Your Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts will be used to send basic account information and changes of information to the App.
BACA app may further use the collected information to analyze the use of the App, and the people visiting and using the App, for the purpose of improving the features of the App.
Information provided by you help BACA app in responding to Your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. BACA app may use information in the aggregate to understand how users, as a group are using the App.
BACA app may use the personal information provided by the User to prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of any applicable laws.
3. HOW BACA APP PROTECTS USER'S INFORMATION
BACA app adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Your personal information, username, password, and data stored on the App, including but not limited to Your personal data. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Application and its users happens over a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured communication channel. However, BACA app cannot guarantee the security of any information obtained through unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of user information at any time. It is important for the User to prevent unauthorized access to his/her account and personal information by limiting access to his/her device.
We will provide a written notice to you as the personal data owner if there is a failure in protecting the secrecy of the personal data in our website, the following are the provisions of the written notice:
• must provide reason or cause of the occurrence of the failure in protecting the secrecy of the personal data;
• can be conducted electronically if you, as the personal data owner, have given consent for it at the time of obtaining and collecting your personal data;
• must ensure that the notice has been received by you, as the personal data owner, if the failure contains potential loss to you;
• a written notice is sent to you, as the personal data owner, at the latest 14 days since the failure is discovered.

4.1. BACA app does not sell, trade, or rent Your personally identifiable information collected by BACA app to others except as described in this Policy. BACA app may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding visitors and users with BACA app's business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
4.2. At times BACA app may be required by law or litigation to disclose personal information about the users. BACA app may also disclose information about the user if BACA app determines that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance that disclosure of information is necessary.
4.3. BACA app reserves the right to transfer Personal Information, including but not limited to personal data, of users to another party as a result of merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of BACA app's assets to another party.
Whenever you access the App we may place "cookies" for record-keeping purposes to enhance your experience or sometimes to personalize your experience. Cookies help us to identify information relating your activities and to retain information relating to your preferences and history on the App.
7. POLICY FOR CHILDREN UNDER AGE 18
The Service is not intended for children under age 18, or the applicable age of majority without involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect or distribute personal information from or about children under the age of 18.
8. USE OF INFORMATION OUTSIDE YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
8.1 If you choose to use the Service or provide your information to us, your information may be transferred to, processed and maintained on servers or databases located outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located. Your use of the Service represents your consent and agreement to these practices. If you do not want your information transferred to or processed or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, you should not use the Service. You also agree and give your consent that when sharing of the personal information that contains personal data from the territory of Indonesia to parties outside the territory of Indonesia, We must:
• coordinate with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia or the official or institution being authorized for such purpose, such as:
a. to report the implementation plan of the personal data transfer, which at least containing the clear name, designated country, recipient subject name, implementation date, and reason/purpose of the transfer;
b. to request for advocacy, if needed; and
c. to report the activities implementation result.

8.2 Please note that we are not required to erase or otherwise eliminate content or information if:
1 Other state or federal laws require us or a third party to maintain the content or information;
2 The content or information was posed, stored, or republished by another user;
3 The content or information is anonymized so that the minor cannot be individually identified;
Further, nothing in this provision shall be construed to limit the authority of a law enforcement agency to obtain such content or information.
8.3 If you wish to deactivate your account, or object to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information at any time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If you no longer have an account in our website, to the extent permitted by law, we will store your personal data at the minimum of 5 years.
8.4 You may request that we erase your personal information that contains personal data in electronic and non-electronic forms as a whole or as a partial.
